Excavator
A excavator is a heavy equipment machine consisting of a boom (backhoe), a bucket and a cab on a rotating platform. It is also know as a digger or a 360-excavator. In the latest years, the applications of hydraulic excavator are expanded far beyond excavation tasks with buckets. For instance, hydraulic powered excavator attachments such as a breaker, a grapple or an auger can be attached to excavators for more applications other than excavation. As a result, the smaller excavator that is known as mini excavator or compact excavator is increasingly demanded in the market.
