Torque Converter
The torque converter applied in this SD7 bulldozer is of power separating hydraulic-mechanic type.

Transmission Assembly
The transmission assembly of this bulldozer integrates center drive, transmission and speed control valve in one. It can be assembled or disassembled conveniently. The transmission adopts multi-stage planetary gear drive to realize modular assembling and disassembling. Through the multi-functional control valve, the shift can be changed among 1st gear, 2nd gear, 3rd gear forward or reverse rapidly.

Steering and Braking Clutch
1. The steering clutch and braking clutch adopted in this bulldozer are adjustment-free, oil-type and multi-disc clutches.
2. The braking clutch is of spring-pressed, hydraulic separated, constant meshed type. The steering clutch is of hydraulic pressed, non-constant type.
3. While the steering and the braking clutches are operated at the same time, slow steering, sharp steering and braking can be realized.
4. The braking of the entire bulldozer can be achieved through the pedal.
5. Parking braking rod works to keep the undercarriage system in braking condition while the engine is started. It guarantees the machine not to slip on slopes when the engine is started.

Final Drive
This bull dozer adopts two-stage planetary reduction gear mechanism as its final drive. It is mounted outside of the steering and braking clutch. The combined sprocket segment can be conveniently assembled or disassembled for maintenance.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system of SD7 bulldozer is made up of oil pump, transmission control valve, steering and braking control valve, sequence valve, relief valve at torque converter outlet, filter and lines.

ROPS Cab with Air Conditioner
1. The cab is of hexagonal, thin-wall, box-type structure.
2. Glasses are mounted at six sides, which provides broad view to the driver.
3. Pulling and pushing glass is installed at the back side.
4. An air conditioner is mounted at the top. It works to either cool or heat the cab.
5. The structure of Rop is rigid, which protects the driver efficiently when the bulldozer is in special condition.

Implement Hydraulic System
Mainly consists of oil pump, cylinder, inlet valve group diverter valve group, oil tank line and controlling parts, implement hydraulic system functions to control the lifting, lowing and tilting of the blade. It can also be used to control the lifting, lowing of the ripper.

Left and Right Undercarriage System
1. The track is of triangle shape and elevated sprocket.
2. There are two idlers in the front and at the rear of the frame and seven track rollers.
3. Recoil spring and cylinder adjuster are mounted at the undercarriage.
4. The rear end of undercarriage frame is supported on the pivot.
5. The front end is articulated with the equalizer bar.
6. Different undercarriage systems are available for different implements.
7. The center gravity of the bulldozer can be adjusted at the best position.

Torque Converter

The transmission adopts multi-stage planetary drive to realize modular assembling and dissembling. Through the multi-functional control valve, the speed can be shifted rapidly among 1st gear, 2nd gear, and 3rd gear forward or reverse gear.

Steering and Braking Clutch
1. This bulldozer adopts adjustment-free, oil-type and multi-disc clutches for the steering and braking clutch.

Final drive
The final drive adopted in this bulldozer is a two-stage planetary reduction gear mechanism. It is mounted at the outside of steering and braking clutch. Combined sprocket segment is very convenient for assembling, disassembling and service.

Undercarriage System
SD8 dozer utilizes elastic-mounted undercarriage system, which is of triangle-shape track and elevated sprocket. Through the floating function of continuous auxiliary suspension device, the machine can travel adjacent to obstacle on the ground. It greatly improves the traveling and traction performance of the machine and comfort of the driver.

ROPS Cab
1. The cab is of hexagonal, thin-wall, box-type structure. Glass is mounted at six sides, which provides wide viewing range to the driver.
2. Pulling and pushing glass is mounted at back side.
